UNIFORM CORPORATE SALES CENTRE WINS GOHBA SAMMY AWARD

On November 6th, the GOHBA SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards were presented by the Greater Ottawa Home Builder’s Association (GOHBA), to honour Ottawa’s best print and digital marketing, model homes, sales centers and sales staff.

Uniform Urban Developments – with TRUEdotDESIGN – received the award for Best Builder Sales Centre for our elegantly branded space, located at 117 Centrepointe Drive. The space, serves as a branded entry to our Design Centre, welcoming homeowners as they select finishes and features for their Uniform home as part of the part of the overall sales cycle. Designed to showcase and promote Uniform Developments’ residential properties – past, current, and future – it is also an opportunity to echo the strong and familiar Uniform brand that appealed to our homeowners when they purchased their home.

The main wall features a compelling multi-dimensional display of colourful photography against a black and white image. Uniform’s construction values are rooted in “honest craftsmanship with a touch of modern,” which is reflected in the choice of materials incorporated into the sales office design: from glass walls and doors to a natural cedar feature wall. The space also includes a private office for sales details and will soon feature an interactive touchscreen display that will allow visitors to navigate through a selection of Uniform communities, home designs, and floor plans

The layout of the space was careful designed to engage our clients. Everything from signage, to modern furniture has been selected with our clients – and their sense of style and comfort – in mind. The overall effect of the space is a calm and inviting, one that sets the tone for the unique Uniform homeowner experience.
