Formerly school grounds at the edge of a neighbourhood green space in the heart of the Qualicum community, this enclave within an enclave was comprised of 22 single-family homes oriented around a quiet cul-de-sac.

Corner lot designs and lots facing Esquimault created a gateway into the community and each new home offering was an expression of either Craftsman or Modern design. These two architectural styles complimented one another but ensured a pleasant variation in streetscape. Each home design featured distinct layout options, stunning bright open spaces and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects.
