Exciting Uniform News for 2017

2016 was a big year for Uniform Urban Developments – new product releases at Richardson Ridge, a newly renovated, centrally located Design Centre and of course, the launch of our new community Sales Centre – Wateridge Village in Rockcliffe.

Now, three months in from the November launch, Wateridge Village is well underway and has sold 22 single family homes. Interest within the city has continued to grow and we’re excited to see the public attention it has received. Servicing work is ongoing and we expect new home construction to begin late January with closing dates set for fall 2017.

Once complete, Wateridge Village will be a 310-acre sustainable community, home to approximately 10,000 people. We are currently still in phase 1 of the development offering a strong selection of 31’, 41’ and 46’ lots, and exciting new floor plans for customers to choose from.

We are also aiming to have all NEW semi-detached homes available for sale at Wateridge Village this spring; the team is in product development stages as we speak.

We are also delighted to let you know that Uniform has an exciting premiere condominium site overlooking the Canal. Our plans consist of a boutique style luxury building with unique architecture and stunning views. At this time, it’s still too early to get into the details but we anticipate a late 2017 sales launch. As soon as we have more information to announce, you will certainly hear from us. In keeping with the theme of exciting locations and projects to come, we also have some great things brewing in Westboro, where we hope to launch two infill projects in this progressive neighbourhood in late 2017.
