Some might say that summers are a time to slow down, and relax, but our staff have been very busy preparing for a jam-packed fall season. From award nominations to new community launches, we have so many updates to share with you, so please join us for what will certainly be an exciting ride through the rest of 2018.

 

GOHBA’s Annual Housing Design Awards: Nominations Announced

The Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association Annual Housing Design Awards showcases the best of the best of Ottawa’s housing design talent. We are honoured to have been named finalists in the following categories:

  • The Lawrence – with Hobin Architecture and 2H Interior Designs for “Production Home: Attached (2,001 sq. ft. or more)”
  • The Harris – with Hobin Architecture for “Production Home: Single Detached (2,601 – 3,500 sq. ft.) – $750,001 and over”
  • The Elements Flats – with Hobin Architecture for “Mid-Rise Building (5-9 storeys)”
  • The Vista – with Hobin Architecture and 2H Interior Designs for “Low Rise Suite”

We also want to congratulate our friends and partners, Hobin Architecture, for their multiple nominations this year.

Grandview Court: Register Now! 
Located in the prestigious Stonebridge community across from Uniform’s established Orchard development, Grandview Court is an infill community adjacent to the Stonebridge Golf Club. An Echo Update
Uniform is doing everything we can to launch our exciting canal condominium project later this year. The 7-storey building, designed by Hobin Architecture, will consist of 38 residences many of which will have direct canal views. The existing church on site is currently being renovated into a beautiful sales pavilion. Stay tuned as we will continue to provide updates on our launch date to everyone registered at www.echocanal.com.

 

Wateridge Village: Second Phase

Uniform’s Wateridge Village community officially launched to the public in November 2016. Located in Ottawa’s east end, Wateridge Village is an exciting, mixed-use community with design-forward residences, retail and office space, and beautiful parks and trails. In August, we proudly announced that Phase 1 of Wateridge Village (single family, and semi-detached homes) SOLD OUT!

Given our success at Wateridge Village, Uniform chose to bid on more land within the community. We are proud to announce that come this fall, Uniform will be selling 23 newly designed two-storey and three-storey townhomes in a new phase!
