Breaking Ground at Wateridge Village

A little snow didn’t stop us. The dirt is moving and ground has officially been broken – we are making good progress in Wateridge Village! In early February, Uniform construction crews began digging some of the first basement foundations in our new Rockcliffe community.

The first of the new home occupancies are planned for late 2017.

Park concept plans for the two parks in Phase 1A will soon be available for viewing http://www.clcrockcliffe.ca/en and are planned to be constructed by late fall 2017, along with the first landscaping elements in open spaces and the stormwater management pond below the escarpment.

Canada Lands Company are now focusing their attention on Phase 1B of the Wateridge Village community with site preparations taking place in the next few months to make way for the municipal infrastructure construction throughout the remainder of the year.

In addition to a strong selection of single family homes on 31’ and 41’ lots, Uniform is excited to announce that we are in the final stages of product development for brand new semis in Wateridge Village. These designs will be released to the public mid-April.
