The Avenues

The 20 residences of the Avenues are sited in Westboro Village on the former grounds of La Maison Jeanne D’arc. The project combines an existing heritage building that was carefully converted into three separate homes, with 10 new, single-family homes and six semi-detached residences.

The project’s three streetscapes complement the surrounding neighbourhood and look fitting within the community. Assorted entry details, variation in glazing and roof massing all contribute to the individuality of each residence while the existing stonewall surrounding La Maison was replicated and carried throughout the entire development in an effort to link old with new.
