The Manors

Built on the site of a surplus school building in the established neighbourhood of Alta Vista, The Manors is a collection of 35 freehold homes clustered in a Manor Home style. Uniform’s attention to detail included lining the development’s private street access with thoughtful landscaping.

Each block of attached units contains a maximum of three residences, creating a well-balanced and appropriately scaled enclave. The designs did not favor a single façade typical of today’s attached homes; in contrast, each façade is unique and meticulously detailed in an effort to give an identity to each and every dwelling.
