Uniform Lots Now Available, Be Among the First to Own a Home at Wateridge Village  

If you signed up for Wateridge Village updates before September, you already know that Uniform Developments was the first builder to release lots at Wateridge Village and that we did so in a very innovative way.

People who had registered for updates, indicating an interest in learning more or in purchasing a home at Wateridge Village were invited to participate in our first ever, custom-built virtual sales centre. We hosted a series of information sessions and invited self-identified potential home-buyers to claim one of a limited number of sales appointments via this unique online tool. From that event, 8 homes were sold from the initially available 15 lots.

For now, a limited number of 41 and 46 foot lots are available with a selection of semis and smaller single-family lots coming soon. The available homes – all designed by Barry J. Hobin and Associates – offer traditional and contemporary home designs, including some new products mixed with existing designs.

Our Sales Pavilion at Wateridge Village is currently under construction and will be open in mid-November.
