Wateridge Village Sales Rep Spotlight: Anna Paquette

We are delighted to have Anna Paquette as a lead Sales Representative on our sales team. She’s friendly, enthusiastic, and with over a decade of home sales experience, she was the perfect fit for Wateridge Village – a new community that launched November 2016 in Ottawa’s east end, Rockcliffe. Anna is passionate about finding customers their dream home – in many cases their “forever home”. What’s the one piece of advice you would give to all potential home buyers? “First, do your research. Online, but also drive through your favourite communities, what do you like? What don’t you like? Make notes of what stands out to you, what other builders are doing, and then create a list of your must-haves. This list will be the perfect starting point for your first meeting with your Sales Representative,” says Anna. “Don’t be afraid to research other builders in the area and take notes.”
