The ceremonial ribbon has been cut, and Wateridge Village, Ottawa’s newest residential community, is now officially open to the public.
On Monday, November 28th, a ceremony was organized bringing together the Canada Lands Company, the Algonquins of Ontario, and initial phase builders Uniform Developments, Claridge Homes and Tartan Homes – to officially mark the grand opening of Wateridge Village. The event included a first look at the new home products and designs available for purchase, the overall community vision and history of the land.

Once complete, Wateridge Village will be a 310-acre sustainable community, home to approximately 10,000 people. The entire build-out will be 15 years in the making, to be completed in multiple phases of residential, retail and office space, as well as beautiful parks and walking trails. Servicing work has already commenced, and new home construction will begin in 2017.

Our Wateridge Village Sales Centre is located on Hemlock Road, within walking distance to the Aviation Parkway. Uniform Sales Representatives are onsite Monday to Thursday from 12-7pm and Friday to Sunday from 12-5pm.
